  1. Terms:

    Website: This webpage, accesible under the m.sadtuna.org domain.
    Visitor: Any user of the Website who has no registration and just browsing the website.
    Registered User: Any user who registered on this Website and authenticated by their username and password.
    Personal Data: Any data you provide directly or indirectly which may indentify you.
    Contribution: As Registered User you may add content to this website.

  2. Cookies:

    This Website only uses an essential, technical cookie, called session cookie (_m_sadtuna_org_session), which required to operate the secure connection between your browser and this server. The cookie does not contain any personal information, and it's only a temporary cookie. It's deleted when your session ends (you close your browser or leave the page).

    If you are a Registered User, and selected the remember me option, the cookie value remember_token will persist. It is an encrypted, random string which helps the server to identify you on your next visit.

  3. Your Personal Data:

    I do not ask or collect any personal data of Visitors.

    Registered Users: If you register on this webpage, you are asked to enter your recovery email address. This is optional, and only used to send you a password reset email if you forget your credentials.

  4. Your Contribution:

    If you are Registered User you can save your input on this page (for example adding a note to your collection). All your inputs are private by default.

  5. Server logs:

    This Website collects server logs for debugging purposes. You IP address is anonymized in the logs.

  6. Analytics:

    This Website tracks statistics anonymously with Matomo. It does not set tracking cookies, and it does not collect personal data. Statistics are stored on the same server and not shared with anybody. Any personal data (like your IP address) is anonymized.

    a) Digital Ocean
    Personal Data processed: all data mentioned in the Privacy Policy earlier.
    DigitalOcean is a hosting service provided by DigitalOcean Inc.
    Place of processing: Netherlands Privacy Policy.

    b) Google Cloud Storage
    Data processed: images uploaded by Registered Users.
    Google Cloud Storage is a hosting service provided by Google LLC.
    Place of processing: multiple regions in European Union Privacy Policy.
