Description from the manufacturer
Cadmium pigments were first created in 1817, but didn’t gain popularity until the early 20th Century. These brilliant pigments are loved for their strength, purity and lightfast properties. A particularly earthy shade of Cadmium Red, Cadmium Red Brownish is dense and dark. It looks and behaves like an earth pigment.
